Welcome to the Mellow Auto Rentals website. By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Mellow Auto Rentals website and any related services offered through the website. The actual rental of any vehicle is governed by a separate Vehicle Rental Agreement that you must accept before or at the time of rental.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law) and have a valid driver’s license to make a reservation or rent a vehicle. By using this website, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.
4. Reservations and Payments
Reservations made through this website are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
By making a reservation, you authorize Mellow Auto Rentals to charge the payment method you provide for all amounts due, including rental charges, deposits, fees, and any other amounts authorized under the Vehicle Rental Agreement.
5. Vehicle Rental Agreement
The rental of any vehicle is governed by the separate Vehicle Rental Agreement. These Website Terms of Service do not replace or modify the Vehicle Rental Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Vehicle Rental Agreement regarding the rental of a vehicle, the Vehicle Rental Agreement will control.
You will be required to review and accept the Vehicle Rental Agreement before the rental begins.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation policies are detailed in the Vehicle Rental Agreement. As a general summary:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after that time may result in no refund.

7. Prohibited Use of the Website
You agree not to:
Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
Interfere with the proper working of the website
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the website without our prior written permission
Upload or transmit any harmful code or content
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mellow Auto Rentals or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Vehicle Rental Agreement, or if none apply, in the courts located in the county where Mellow Auto Rentals’ primary office is located in Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when changes were made. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
